It’s been a long time since I’ve done one of these and I thought hey, as a ramp up to our newsstand issues let’s drop some digitals on them to give them a little taste of what’s to come. This issue was actually supposed to have been on newsstands but as fate would have it there have been some delays.

The odd thing about delays sometimes is they happen so other concepts and ideas can solidify, and they have been, which means HUGE changes to the format of the magazine! And I think you guys are going to like it. In the meantime I hope that you enjoy this issue of the magazine.

Our target launch date on Newsstands after numerous delays and let downs is 23 October 2012 with our November 2012 issue!

When I originally set out to fulfill what is a lifelong dream I wanted to mix some of my favorite things into one book. Hot naked women and bad ass cars. I was successful in my endeavor to say the least. However, recently I had one of those moments of clarity during a conversation with a friend of mine Mike McGowan.

McGowan broke Fast Lane Lifestyle Magazine (@FastLaneMag) down into a single word. “Aspirational“! With that, the entire game plan pretty much changed for the vision and concept of the book.

Living in the fast lane isn’t always about having a lot of money, houses, cars, private jets though all of those things are really great and we love them, living in the fast lane is about living well! Sometimes we have to downgrade our lifestyle to accomplish that goal. Having all the money in the world is really useless if you don’t have time to enjoy it.

With that we are moving into the direction of creating a publication that will speak to the man who aspires to live well, or even live better. Our content will speak to those who make $15,000.00 a year all the way up to the one who earns $15,000,000.00 a year. We intend to include a little bit of everything that men might be interested in. Cars, sexy women, sexy women on and in cars, entertainment, fashion, travel, Dining, and tech stuff. Everything the man with the growing portfolio needs to live well!

We look very forward to serving you in the future and hope that you enjoy picking us up at your local newsstand and in fine retailers like Barnes & Noble. And yes we will also be on newsstands in Canada and Europe!

With that I present this challenge to all of us – LIVE WELL!

Last weekend we had a great shoot in Los Angeles. Particularly of note were the sponsor, Tequila Loca, Two Guys Grilling, and Saloon Sweets. We had a great selection of models, Tricia James, Christi Bell, Felipe Castillo, and Natalie Castillo did phenomenal jobs on the hair and make up for all the models despite the intense heat and not so perfect environment!

Hoss Nobles from Visual Asylum Studio drove out from Utah to attend the shoot and helped out by shooting models in order to make sure the day went along smooth. I hope that you enjoy the photos below!

This past year the Divas got the rare opportunity to shoot with some of the most iconic vehicles in movie history. High Speed Diva Shawnae Belvedere drew the Delorean from Back To The Future! It’s certainly not everyday that the opportunity comes up for a shoot like this; and of course we jumped at it. See Photos and video after the jump!

I approached our make-up artist (@TriciaJamesMUA) and knowing what a fan of the 80′s she is tasked her with the responsibility of styling this shoot. I think she did a great job! It was funny when I got a call from Tricia frantic telling me that she’d found an orange vest like Marty McFly wore in the movie, and proceeded to tell me that we needed to find some Calvin Klein underwear for @ShawnaeB to wear during the shoot.

You may not believe this but I walked into a Ross clothing store near the office and what damn near jumped off the rack at me? The very underwear that Shawnae is wearing in these photos.

This is by far the HOTTEST issue we’ve put out to date. Trust me when I say we’ve never revealed this much skin in an issue of High Speed Magazine! Our High Speed Diva for this month happens to be the incredibly sexy adult video superstar Dana DeArmond! Her layout set the pace for this issue and any upcoming issues!   Dana’s layout with the gold scion provided to us by the wonderful folks at SCIONImagecame out phenomenally, and was really odd how it all happened, and I’m very glad that it did work out as well as it did!

Hello everyone;

Of all the issues so far this has been the most arduous and painful one for me to put out to date. But FINALLY it’s done and available for your viewing!

This month’s issue feature some of the High Speed Divas 2011! Shawnae Belvedere, Dylan Johnson, and MeeMee B. We also had the incredible pleasure of working with The Delorean from Back To The Future, The Original Batmobile, Scooby Doo’s Mystery Machine, and the Starsky and Hutch Gran Torino! Thanks to Nate Truman and his crew from Star Cars!

I certainly want to thank the ladies who came out for this issue. They include Shotgun Divas, Shea Smith, Talisa Holmes, Nikki Benz and Sarah Zuber!

Also the High Speed Divas team for 2011 will be the models who will appear in each issue of High Speed Magazine, and on two covers per year. While I do realize this is an unusual way to fun a magazine it’s the way we’re doing it.

I also wish to welcome our new team members. Efren Pena’ who is in charge of the layout and who designed the new logo you see on the cover. Amanda Watts was responsible for all the touch ups on all the images. Also welcoming Lisa Tom who is going to be editing all of video clips so they’ll have a new finished professional look!

At any rate without any further delay or Dylan Johnson will probably stab me here is the newest issue!
