Have you ever had a fitness goal and figured that you would eventually need some form of supplements to help you reach the goals you’d set but have no idea which ones to purchase? We all know that getting fit can become an expensive proposition from getting the right foods to the right dietary aids.

Perfect Blocks (MSRP $59.95 for a 3.1 lb. container) For Balanced Nutrition- This food supplement helps deliver essential nutrients that provide long-lasting, sustainable energy and support muscle growth and repair throughout the day in the perfect increments of 7g protein, 9g carbs, and 3g fat.
This holiday season after all the running around and shopping and then the impending non-stop celebrations I think we’re all going to need a little pick me up. But who wants to have to drink down an entire energy drink, considering all the eating and responsible drinking we’ll be doing already! Aeroshot has the answer for you. And it’s an answer that some in government want banned. Well ok just one but still! New York (Who earlier banned any drinks above 16oz) Senator Chuck Schumer, decided to give the company the best Hanukkah present a new company could ask for: He held a press conference denouncing it.

“The truth is, AeroShot is nothing more than a club drug or a party enhancer, designed to give the user the ability to drink until they drop,” Schumer stated.

We haven’t been able to find the down side to drinking until we drop, so long as we’re not driving. Hell we don’t even need Aeroshot to do that! We do however need Aeroshot for that little boost to maybe get us through finals, or to make that hour drive home after a long day at work. But no matter what the old idiots in government say, Aeroshot is a caffeine inhaler. It’s cleverly disguised to look like chap stick but you slide out the bottom put the top part into your mouth and inhale.

Aeroshots come in three flavors that we’ve tride. A Raspberry, Lemon, and Lime. Personally I find the taste to be a bit harsh but then again anything that isn’t natural sweetener leaves a bad taste in my mouth but they do certainly work. And not in the leave you jittery like a meth-head having an overdose. You just have energy to finish your day.

The product is really easy to use and you can get 4 – 6 draws per cartridge or you can use it all at once. The Harvard professor who came up with this surely knew what was up, and according to the website the FDA has approved the product for sale in the USA.

All in all Aeroshot gets the green light from us all the way across the board! Oh one thing of note, it is not recommended for children under 12 years old, anymore than coffee is.

What are your thoughts on energy you inhale! We’d love to hear your thoughts so please leave us a comment below or discuss with us on Twitter @FastLaneMag

It’s not everyday that we come across a brand as unique as Bruvado Beer. With Bruvado you don’t get the usual six pack but instead you get a five pack with a bottle of either Bruvado Tequila or Bruvado Premium Bourbon. Bruvado Imports is the very first company to ever put out patented products which combine upscale beers with top-shelf liquors in one package €“ a cool party-in-the box concept so you can enjoy your drinks in a new and fun way.

Here’s the official story:

Bruvado Imports is located in Santa Cruz, California, a balmy locale nestled between beachy Southern California and freewheeling San Francisco. This cultural cross pollination€”the chill vibe of surf culture meeting that endearingly quirky Bay Area spirit€”inspires this company of libational visionaries. How else do you explain the Chaser Packs?! Who else would have the nerve to challenge industry conventions?!

Bruvado brings you the first ever Chaser Pack. It€™s a patented innovation that pairs upscale beers with top-shelf liquors€”you get five beers and five shots. It€™s a convenience and value driven package that€™s portable and affordable. The Bruvado Tequila Chaser Pack fuels the fiesta with 5 premium Mexican lagers grouped with a bottle containing 5 shots of 100% Agave tequila. This shebang comes complete with shot glasses. The Bruvado Bourbon Chaser Pack pairs Bruvado€™s distinct 5 Mexican lagers with a bottle containing 5 shots of the finest 4 year Oak Barrel Aged Kentucky Bourbon.

You can also enjoy these beverages by themselves. Bruvado€™s discriminating party palette ensures its products are merely enhanced when paired up because the company’s first priority is stand-alone quality.

Here’s Our Story: Bruvado Mexican beer has a great taste that is as flavorful as it is smooth to the tastebuds. It is my thinking that Bruvado beer serves as a chaser for their tequila/bourbon. But this isn’t just your average run of the mill beer drinking experience. This is seriously the good stuff. Top shelf kind of beverage for drinkers with some really great taste!

Take a case to the next party or sporting event you’re attending and let the fun begin. They are so considerate that the carton comes the tequila/bourbon comes with three “cute” shot glasses with little black cats on the bottom of them.

I’m not usually a fan of tequila but Bruvado got it right. Follow them on Twitter at @Bruvado_Imports and follow us on Twitter @Fastlanemag

Remember. If you drink, don’t drive!

The Facts: €œDeveloped by legendary game creator and father of Final Fantasy Hironobu Sakaguchi and his studio, MISTWALKER, in conjunction with Nintendo, The Last Story centers on a band of mercenaries and follows them on their journey to gain wealth and notoriety. Throughout the adventure, players will experience an engaging story with an emphasis on immersion and environmental interaction. Gameplay is action-oriented, utilizing a cover system and both ranged and melee combat, but also includes strategic elements such as a battle command system which players can use to issue orders to party members on-the-fly, expertly blending classic turn-based mechanics with real-time action combat.

The Review: Last story starts off like every other RPG that I’ve played essentially, however within the first 2 to 3 minutes, after hitting the first battle, I realized there is no fuzzy screens what you see is what you get. No random incounters, so no drawn out runs to your destination. The visuals were better than most and with the mixture of the spectacular fighting system and the witty delivery of the story line makes for an edge of your seat experience. I found the controls easy to manage even for the non gamer while not sacrificing the gameplay and story line keeping the traditional RPG flow.

The story starts off introducing you to your band of misfit mercenaries. The game is set in one city, however for those of you wanting to expirence other territory, this game offers it all to you in one city. The city is made up of a renaissance almost gothic look that is not overwhelming but still gives you that feel of being a hero.

The main character Zael will help you reach that margin as he has the same goal, he wishes to be knight within the court. Now I will not get too in depth with the story so not to spoil the game for you, however I will say the comments made between different party members and the love that each character has towards each other had me both wondering what would happen whether it be romantic, a dissagreement or some whimsical interaction that made me laugh.

The game is fantastic for all ages children to adults. I would recommend The Last Story game as unlike most JRPG often seem dry and drawn out, this game pinnacles both the eastern and western style RPG together for one fantasic game play that makes you wonder if the name itself is only a name and not actually the last story.

Xseed games has even topped the margin by making this game online multiplayer so even when u feel like the game is over, xseed has put you right in the driver seat with your frineds. So instead of having AI control your characters, you have your buddys online play the characters as you would, however the AI is extremely smart and will surprise you at most points of the game but doesn’t pull away from the multiplayer aspect.

To close up, most reviews would give this between 8 and 9.5 rating and i highly agree last story delivers spectactular game play that will keep u on the edge of ur seat and will keep u emotionally attached to the characters in the story which most games now days lack my personal rating for this game is a 9.5

The Last Story was developed by MISTWALKER and Nintendo, exclusively for Wii.€ and will be available in stores August 14!

Tech Thursday’s Qualifier is Fanny Wang high definition head sets. I was asked to review and sent the Fanny Wang on ear 3000 headsets in black. On first impression I thought that great another set of headphones packaged and with the same features as another wildly popular brand of headphones by a famous hip-hop producer former wrapper. The box is pretty cool, and they have a great carrying bag that’s made out of this great soft material which I have no idea what it’s made of.

Upon opening the box and retrieving the headphones I noticed the cord which plugs directly in to the headphone using an RC jack had these two extra pieces. One of them was a controller that unfortunately does not work on my android phones. And yes I tried it on a couple of them.

I tried to use the remote switch on my Xperia Play and my new Samsung Galaxy SIII and about all it does is pause and play the track. You have no volume control or track control. Nor can you talk on the phone with them using android. This seems to be a feature only available with iPhone, iPad and whatever other iProducts out there! This truly was the only downside I could see regarding these headphones.

The unit itself is very light weight and comfortable which I really like since I used them literally all day while I worked which is pretty much 18 hours a day, and they never irritated me or gave me a neck or head ache.

With their sleek look, Fanny Wang 3000 Series Over Ear Wangs Noise Canceling Headphones (Black)make a big impression even before you hear them. Featuring an over-the-ear design, a Duo Jack for sharing your music with a friend and Apple integrated remote cord for controlling volume and track selection, Fanny Wang has all the creature comforts covered.

But these Fanny Wangs are special; using a 4 way active noise canceling system, these are specially engineered to eliminate over 95% of car, train, office or airplane noise. Finally you can jack into your favorite music source in peace and let the large 50mm titanium dual-plated drivers do their magic, delivering rich bass and crisp accurate midtones right up to its clean higher frequencies. For even richer bass, the 3000 Series has Bass Boost thanks to its powered amp that delivers an extra 6db of thumping bass at the flick of a switch. The 3000 Series even comes with a rigid foam carrying case.

Do you hate when your pillow gets hot? Do you find that you are constantly flipping your pillow to find the cold side? Ever had times when you just can’t sleep because your pillow isn’t cool enough? Yeah that was my story also. I’d even go out and buy pillow cases based on their material and how cold they felt to the touch.

Well all that pretty much ended yesterday, when I got my Polar Pillow° delivered. First off this pillow weighs a ton, well maybe like 12 pounds, and I guess it could double as a weapon during a home invasion. But I got to try it out last night for the first time and well the result is very interesting to say the least.

First off, the material used to make the pillow is nothing that anyone should have any allergic reactions to. The pillow itself has no particular scent oddly enough. Or at least none that I noticed which is good since I don’t think that you can wash it. The pillow is “squishy” as my 5 and 7 year old editors of all things squishy pointed out.

When I first lay my head on the pillow I didn’t notice any particular difference in how if felt, other than big, heavy, and thick. It was as I was drifting off to sleep that I noticed that I was well drifting off to sleep. This is usually a 2 hour process for me, and last night I was falling out in the first 45 minutes.

As I write this at 0412 I am feeling extremely refreshed and very well rested. So well rested that when I woke I wasn’t groggy. It was like just eyes opened adjusted to the dark of the room and go! I wanted to find out more about this pillow and it’s importance to a good night’s sleep, so I went to their website and this is what I found out.

What are the benefits of cool sleep?
Cooling the brain helps you fall asleep! Your circadian clock keeps your body at its warmest during the day for high-level functioning and its coolest during the night for dozing off. Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine reported that a primary cause of insomnia is hyperactivity in the brain’s frontal lobes at night. This activity increases the brain’s temperature making it difficult to fall asleep. Cooling your head at night can help slow down this activity and allow your brain to rest. Falling asleep may simply be a matter of cooling off.

How long does the PolarPillow take to feel cool?
The PolarPillow will begin releasing coolness onto a human body within about 10 seconds after contact is made.

Do I need to put the PolarPillow in a refrigerator to make it cool?
No. The PolarPillow keeps cool on its own by absorbing coolness from the air and then releasing it onto a human body when contact is made.

Which is the cool side?
Both sides are cool!

Do I use a pillowcase over the PolarPillow?
Yes, we recommend using a pillowcase so the pillow can blend in with your bedding decor and keep the pillow clean. A pillowcase will also make the coolness feel more subtle and extend the amount of time the pillow stays cool.

Why is the PolarPillow so heavy?
The PolarPillow is heavier than a normal pillow due to the weight of the liquid gel that keeps it cool. It has been determined that approximately 200 ounces of gel is optimal to maintain maximum coolness.

How long does the PolarPillow stay cool?
The PolarPillow will stay cool-to-the-touch for approximately two hours of human contact, assuming standard room temperature conditions. After you finish using the pillow and it is re-exposed to the air, PolarPillow only takes about 20 minutes to revive itself for the next use.

How do I clean the PolarPillow?
The PolarPillow should be hand-washed or spot cleaned only. We do not recommend putting the pillow in the washing machine. You may use a standard pillowcase on the PolarPillow and wash the pillowcase.

Have the materials in the PolarPillow been tested for safety?
Yes. The materials in the PolarPillow have undergone extensive quality control testing and are safe for use.

Where are PolarPillows made?
PolarPillows are manufactured in the United States.

The price point on these pillows is $99.00 if you order them directly from the Polar Pillow° website. This is certainly one really cool pillow that having tried it get’s a green light! And it will make a great gift for the Holidays!
From the unique looking windowed bottle to it’s robust flavor and great smell Pisco Porton is probably the most highly anticipated pisco to hit the US market in the past few years, amid a slew of other new Peruvian pisco brands. It€™s crafted by Master Distiller Johnny Schuler (considered a
top pisco expert in Peru) at Hacienda la Caravedo in Ica (the oldest distillery in the Americas). It is the only pisco

readily available on the US market to be Mosto Verde.

Pisco is a colorless or yellowish-to-amber colored grape brandy produced in winemaking regions of Peru and Chile. Pisco was developed by Spanish settlers in the 16th century as an alternative toorujo, a pomace brandy that was being imported from Spain.

In particular Pisco Porton is extremely smooth. I think as smooth as any pisco I have ever tasted. It has an extremely balanced sweet taste with a little citrus type touch, with a mild finish. Drink straight or in a cocktail (Mosto Verde pisco goes particularly well in a chilcano).

Pisco Porton certainly gets a green light from us.

Tech Qualifier: Subjekt Pulse Bluetooth Headphones! It’s hip to be square. These ultra-sleek Bluetooth headphones look like Star Trek come to life, with futuristic form and wireless function that is the envy of all those still cable connected. The snug fit feels sculpted for your skull while the extra-sturdy headband feels nearly break-proof.

Designed for all Bluetooth enabled devices, the Subjekt Pulse Bluetooth Headphones sync with your laptop or smartphone with ease, and even rings through when a call comes in. And on-ear volume and track skip* controls means you don’t have to dig through your pockets when you want to change your tune.

OK so those are the facts the manufacturer wants you to know! I have to say that they are right on the money. Lightweight, the Subjekt Pulse packs a real wallop in sound quality. I love having them when I go for a run (usually from Police) or for a work out. The best thing is no cords to get caught on things or to continuously smack you in the face!

Comfort, they get a green light all the way! Another great feature is that you don’t ever have to take your phone or device out of your pocket to change songs or answer. Volume controls and song selection is done right from the right side ear phone. Phone rings? No problem you can simply answer from there and it puts your song on pause. When you hang up your music or whatever continues.

There is and has always been a challenge to making speakers smaller yet powerful. Well it seems iFrogz Boost Speaker does just that! The iFrogz speaker looks like a simple box with two silver things on the side and essentially it is except it connects wirelessly with your iOS device. Earlier this evening I was preparing to shower and really wanted to listen to some music but cranking up the Bose wasn’t really an option.

Then I remembered that I had this iFrogz gizmo, and I thought I’d give it a try. After I realized that the charger plug for my phone would fit I was off and running for my shower. Even had to turn it down a bit. Read the review, and check some photos below!

You literally plug it in to a wall outlet (plug not included) or you put three AA batteries on your own for each 15 hours of play time, and if you prefer a wired connection, there are ports for 3.5mm audio and micro-USB cables that you self-supply. Push the on button; set your iOS device down on top of it and turn it up. Granted you’re not going to rock the neighborhood or anything but it does put out enough sound that your roommates will be asking you to turn it down.

So long as the iOS device€™s bottom is close to the power button€”the opposite side from where Boost€™s two chrome-capped audio drivers are located€”you€™ll hear its audio performing through the speaker at a surprisingly high volume, with comparable overall clarity to Bluetooth wireless audio systems such as the iHome units. Yet there€™s no Bluetooth at work here, no pairing to worry about, and no audio cable in the box.

Overall, iFrogz€™ Boost is a bona-fide good speaker for its low asking price, assuming that you€™re using one of the several iOS devices that it€™s physically compatible with, and that you€™re willing to sacrifice a little sonic performance and range for the sake of simplicity. Like all small, inexpensive speakers, Boost does make some tradeoffs in order to achieve what it offers for $40, requiring users to self-supply the batteries and/or cables that rivals now routinely include, and limiting compatibility somewhat, but if you€™re using a currently-sold iPhone or iPod touch, you€™ll be surprised at just how capable it is.

Despite these few drawbacks we’re going to give the iFrogz Boost the green light! It’s a very impressive system for the price and honestly I am very impressed with it. Vastly more than I thought I would be the first time I took it out of the box.

The Qualifier:

Smooth! That’s how we like our drink, and Camus VSOP Cognac has that premium flavor and smoothness. I am not a big fan of the Cognac but this certainly does rate very high. It’s got just enough of a bite to open your chest up but it is light to medium bodied cognac, fruity and subtle, with a minimum of oak impact. A moderate value in terms of price/quality ratio and getting easier to find

The Facts:

Cognac Camus has been handed down since five generations in the Camus family. It is one of the cognac houses that has always gone with the developments of society and technology, from introducing strong bonds with the duty free market in the early 1960s to launching a private lounge in the heart of Beijing in 2010.

The product line ranges from special cognac blends to wine, champagne and coffee, making it an innovative business that strives for modern strategies and wide-ranging consumers. One example is the Ile de Ré cognac, made from eaux-de-vie from an island off the cognac region, a very brave move for the still very traditional cognac industry.
